When making a reservation, simply provide your pickup location, destination, date, time and number of passengers and we ll send your private driver.
For airport transfers, we also request your flight number so we can monitor your arrival at Mallorca Airport (PMI) and adjust pickup times if necessary.
Will I be dropped-off and picked up directly from my hotel or private address?
The drivers of our pre-booked private transfers will wait for you at a specific meeting point, indicated on your booking confirmation. Our will have all of your transfer details beforehand and will deliver your group directly to the address or location indicated by you when making the booking.
Where will I meet my driver?
For the majority of transfers from the Mallorca Airport (PMI), our driver will meet you or your group in the arrivals hall, after you have collected your luggage and passed customs. How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking via WhatsApp ,our email, or by giving us a call at any of our office numbers.Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your transfer. Cancellations notified with less than 24 hours are not entitled to a refund.
How do I pay ?
Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and most of the time you will not need to exchange any money with the driver. We accept VISA and MasterCard debit/credit cards.
Remember that all online bookings can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the transfer and are eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer group transportation in Mallorca?
